Terms and conditions

1. Introduction
The following Terms and Conditions apply to the booking of a room or any other service by Riad La Lumière d’Étoile to the Client, either online, by phone, email or in person.

2. Rates
Rates are based on the number of people staying and the room selected, per day. The rates include breakfast, free internet, VAT, exclusive of local taxes. Tourist tax of 2,50€ per night and person is not included in the price. Prices are subject to potential changes. Rates shown on our website are in euros. Billing is made in local currency i.e. Moroccan dirhams (DH). The exchange rate depends on the daily exchange.

3. Payments
Payments can be made in euros or Moroccan dirhams, in cash, or by credit card. Payments by credit card can be made only in dirham. A credit card is required at the time of your booking to guarantee the room. Your card will be debited with the amount directly at our property. All extras services are to be paid at departure at the Riad, either by cash or by credit card.

4. Cancellation
Cancellation must be notified to us by e–mail. You will receive a confirmation within 24 hours. The following penalty applies:
– Cancellation up to 8 days prior to arrival, no penalties.
– Cancellation less than 7 days prior to arrival, the total cost of the booking will be charged.
– No show or duration of the stay reduced, the full cost of accommodation will be charged.
